This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced team, develop your production skills, and contribute to the manufacturing of quality printing and packaging products.
What You'll Do
- Assist with daily printing, packaging, and manufacturing operations.
- Support the operation of printing, laminating, converting, and packaging machinery.
- Handle raw materials, finished products, and production supplies efficiently.
- Assist with production processes such as cutting, folding, laminating, pouch making, and packaging as needed.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and company standards.
- Identify and report defects, material issues, or equipment concerns to the supervisor.
- Prepare, pack, label, and organize finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and established safety procedures.
- Work closely with machine operators, supervisors, and other team members to maintain an efficient production workflow.
- Assist with other production-related duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience or familiarity with printing, packaging, or manufacturing operations is preferred.
- Understanding of basic production processes and manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with printing or packaging materials, machinery, or quality control procedures is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new processes and develop additional production skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
